Nearly everyone got this right it is wood, "stacked"
(in a way...but not in the way you might have imagined!)
It is stacked onto a planter and glued on!
Up close in the camera it gave the illusion of
a firewood pile!

Ok - so, we all think it is a snake. From across the camper, Savannah said "that's a snake, Mom" :) I think so, too.

it is a snake. i forget what kind i thouht corn snake but then i remembered those are the little orange ones. or maybe those are milk snakes. i'm not good with snake names except for pythons, cobras and rattlers lol. but i think its a snake.

What a neat planter!! You know my experience with snakes - up close and personal!! So I say the same as everyone else - Snake!! Very pretty picture - yellow is my favorite color - what it is on might not be my favorite though :0)
I think it is snake skin of some sort.
