While I am having a great summer I am missing you!! How was your reunion with your daughter? It must be interesting to hear her reactions to her trip!!
Your pictures are toughies!! I think this one may be a newly hatched bunch of tiny baby spiders!!! We have closely inspected several bunches at our house - with me hoping that they will find nice homes far away from me!!!
I thought of you the other day because one of our kitties brought a fairly good sized snake IN THE HOUSE!!! Jacob and I had to chase him around to get him cornered and get him to drop it. Mr. Snake was still very much alive!! What an adventure. I picked him up and put him in my garden. Snakes should NOT be loose in the house!!!!:0)

Hi mom of lots,
I am missing you also! I have to prepare for children's camp this week and next week, then serve the following week. So this is a long way to say that when camp is over I will invite you and your bunch over for a lunch and playtime.
I am glad to have my daughter home. She had a wonderful experience and wants to do more mission trips in the future. She said that living with the people the way they did gave her a real chance to see what their lives are like. She loved the children. There were many differences between American and Costa Rica ways...a few were the way the housing is..bars around all windows and also around the houses, you do not flush your toilet paper down the toilet there, only cold showers,geckos crawling on the walls inside the living quaters, at night cochroaches come out especially in the bathroom so you best not go in barefoot with the lights out...as soon as you turn on the light they scatter...and on and on. None of the differences were a bother just things that make home in America more to be appreciated.
On your home front kitties need to realize that snakes are not good play toys!!! I had better go. I wilkl be working day and night to get ready for camp...lots to do!

okay...i don't know what it is but it looks really gross! I almost have to agree and say baby spiders or some type of larva
I think that it looks almost like baby bees. but i know that it isn't. it has a wet yarn look to it almost like a web or hive.and then the yellow and black for bees. it also might be jellybeans in a basket but its not easter yet....so hmm....i'm gonna go with the bees theory. :)
